Creation of One’s Enemies: When Your Enemy Finds You

“I know looking forward that the members of the Biden team, who have been nominated or have been appointed, are now moving in laser-like fashion to try to uncover as much as they can about what looks very similar to insurgency movements that we’ve seen overseas. Where they germinate in different parts of the country, and they gain strength, and it brings together an unholy alliance, frequently, of religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, racists, nativists, even libertarians,”===Former CIA director John Brennan

As of lately, libertarians are being pointed out by former/current CIA personnel as subversives.

I had always warned men among me that you should never create an enemy. Your true enemies find you eventually. It might be their misjudgment of your capabilities or your intentions that seal their fate.

John Brennan’s comments are obtuse at best. Considering the people he is maligning are mostly American citizens. His own actions spying on Americans is more atrocious than the actions of most of the people he speaks about.

As a follow up for my warnings about enemies, We should be thankful that we had spent decades avoiding conflict, even to the point of accepting derision from high honor cultures that would rather fight first. A person or person that lashes out at someone that hasn’t done anything substantive to deserve that level of attention will be pointed out as the unwarranted aggressor. We know now who our enemies are, they show themselves at convenient times.
